Do you accept international orders?

 

Yes of course. We accept international orders, but be mindful that shipping costs will vary from Country to Country.

What are my shipping options?
 

We will despatch through MyHermes or Royal Mail. If you require tracking options for your order, additional charges may apply.

What is your returns policy?

 

Of course, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within seven days for a refund. Postage costs will not be refunded.

I’m having problems placing my order, what can I do?

 

Contact us to see if there is a web-problem. In any event we may be able to take your order via email or over the telephone.

My order has not arrived, how can I get assistance?

 

Please allow up to fourteen days for delivery. If your order has not arrived get in touch and we shall remedy the situation.
